TB Tuberkulosis Paru Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kuman batang tanhan asam ini dapat merupakan organisme patogen maupun saprofit. Ada beberapa mikrobakteria patogen , tettapi hanya strain bovin dan human yang patogenik terhadap manusia. Basil tuberkel ini berukuran 0,3 x 2 sampai 4 μm, ukuran ini lebih kecil dari satu sel darah merah.
